What is the ordering process?
Submit the order request form found under Sweet Selections. Once we have received it, we will contact you at the phone number you have listed and will provide an invoice with order confirmation to the email you have provided. We will accept orders for all days (depending on availability), however as we bake all orders fresh we require as much notice as possible. No order will be started until payment has been received so it is important to submit that promptly.
What are the ordering deadlines?
A minimum of one (1) week’s notice is needed, but the more notice the better! We understand that that timeline may not work your request, so if you’re in need of sweetness sooner please message and we’ll see if we can make it work.
Where can I order from?
We bake from Lethbridge, but we are able to provide client gifts and holiday boxes to customers in Calgary, Medicine Hat, and communities along the highway between those cities. If you are out of these areas, please message and we’ll see if we can bring the sweetness to you.
How do I get my order?
Once your order is confirmed, a pickup address will be provided prior to your order date. Pickup is in Lethbridge.
Do you offer delivery?
Delivery may be available for an additional charge.
Do you offer shipping?
Some of our products can be shipped, but due to the high cost of shipping right now, we aren’t able to offer it for all orders. If shipping is of interest, please send us a message and we’ll be happy to discuss options.
